Dermatoglyphy is genetically transmitted and controlled through generations, which is similar to all other physical features of the body. Finger prints have been adopted as a tool to determine the incidence of diseases. The objective of this paper is to determine the association between gynecological cancer and finger print ridge pattern. This study is undertaken on 150 women diagnosed with gynecological cancer reported at a teaching hospital. Analysis displayed that the loops pattern of finger prints on more than 6 fingers had significant incidence among cases reported.
