Abstract

The plant Hybanthus enneaspermus have been widely used in traditionally to treat verity of common and stress related disorders. In the present investigation, the plant extract of Hybanthus enneaspermus was evaluated for nephroprotective activity in normal and Cisplatin induced renal damage in rats. Furthermore, the extract was studied for free radical scavenging potential to correlate its nephrprotective activity.
