Abstract

High grade endometrial stromal sarcoma is a rare form of uterine sarcoma, most frequently encountered in the 5th decade of life. This case report on high grade endometrial stromal sarcoma in an adolescent girl throws light on the dilemmas at various levels of evaluation and management. Being extremely uncommon in adolescents, it poses a diagnostic challenge due to rarity and histological similarities with other sarcomas.
