Interesting case of intraorbital foreign body

Abstract

Penetration of intraorbital foreign bodies into the nose and paranasal sinuses although reported in the past are uncommon. Here we present a case a 26 year old male who came to us with a seemingly trivial injury of his right eye due to a foreign body, which on further investigation revealed the major part of a large foreign body impacted into the nose and bilateral sinuses, removed successfully.
