Abstract

ABSTRACT: Lupoid sycosis, a condition refractory to treatment, is probably a chronic scarring form of deep sycosis barbae. Reported here is successful treatment of two longstanding cases of lupoid sycosis using ultraviolet‐activated 8‐methoxypsoralen in combination with co‐trimoxazole.
