Abstract

A menu driven C-language programme is presented for an IBM compatible PC to demonstrate the principles of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The options of the Menu help in performing the various stages of the experiment, namely the acquisition of the Free Induction Decay signal, Fourier Transformation, Image reconstruction and display.
