Novel DO-OTA based current-mode grounded capacitor multiplier

Abstract

New DO-OTA based grounded capacitor multiplier circuit is proposed. The proposed capacitance multiplier is a current-mode circuit, where in DO-OTA based current copier circuit is used to sense the input current and scale it by a factor k such that a scaled version of input current flows through the grounded capacitor (Ic = Iin/k). The capacitor multiplier circuit is verified using TINA SPICE simulator.
