Abstract

In this paper, band-pass and low-pass biquads are shown to be realized from a Gm-C all-pass/amplitude-equalizer biquad filter structure proposed in the literature. The proposed Gm-C band-pass and low-pass biquads are simulatedforO.1S \mu m CMOS process with \pm 0.9V dc supply in the Cadence environment to validate the frequency response characteristics.
