Simulation of long term evolution (LTE) based communication system with different protocols

Abstract

In accordance with the explanation given by 3GPP (3rd generation partnership program) the Machine type communication is the one that requires no human assistance. The network architecture consisting of LTE assures group mobility, lesser delay, and higher throughput but also provides flexibility of deployment. Problems such as increasing mobile communication over cellular networks enforces new requirements and challenges which the present network cannot handle. Therefore the main objective of this work is the promotion of performance of network access by reducing congestion and overload. Lastly, problems of performances of LTE in overloaded condition are illustrated in this work.
