Abstract

Abstract A case of sirenomelia along with its complete autopsy findings is reported. It is suggested that whenever a congenital anomaly is diagnosed prenatally, either by imaging technics or any other investigative procedures‐the option of termination should be made available to the couple to avoid any psychological trauma, which they may experience when such pregnancy is carried to term.
