Abstract

A series of new nalidixic acid derivatives having 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,3,4-oxadiazole-thione, were synthesized carrying the biodynamic heterocyclic systems at position-3 with a view to secure biheterocycles of enhanced biological activities.
